If you experienced applying for a job in a government office, chances are you needed to secure a Prosecutor Clearance as one of your requirement.
Getting an Prosecutor Clerance is easy, all you need is to present the preqrequisite requirements for you to secure it.
What is a Prosecutor Clearance?
A Prosecutor Clearance is issued by the Office of the Prosecutor in which has jurisdiction in your place to certify that you have no pending cases against you in the said office. Depending on your place of residence, if you live in a city you need to secure your clearance in the City Prosecutor. If you live in a municipality, you need to secure it to the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor.
How to get a Prosecutor Clearance in the Philippines?
1. First you need to go to a nearest Office of the Prosecutor. (If you are located in a city, the Office of the City Prosecutor. If you are living in a municipality, the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor)
2. Go to the Office of the Clerk Prosecutor.
3. Submit the required documents.
Note: Typical requirements for securing a Prosecutor Clearance can be any of the following: (To be sure bring them all)
Barangay Certificate
Cedula
Police Clearance
And one government issued ID
4. Fill-up the required information needed, the clearance has to contain specific purpose or office the clearance is required. (may it be for BFP/PNP/AFP/BJMP application, for local employment, and etc.)
5. Pay the necessary fee.
6. Wait for the Clearance and the Official Receipt.
7. Review the details in the Clearance and make sure that every detail is correct. (Name, Civil Status, Address).
And you're done, you now secured your Prosecutor Clearance.
