How to get an MTCC/MTC/MCTC Clearance in the Philippines?
If you experienced applying for a job in a government office, chances are you needed to secure an MTCC/MTC Clearance as one of your requirements.
Getting an MTCC/MTC Clerance is easy, all you need is to present the preqrequisite requirements for you to secure it.
What is an MTCC/MTC/MCTC Clearance?
A Municipal Trial Courts in Cities (MTCC)/ Municipal Trial Court (MTC) Clearance / Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) is issued by a Court in which has jurisdiction in your place to certify that you have no pending cases against you in the said court.
How to get an MTCC/MTC/MCTC Clearance in the Philippines?
1. First you need to go to a nearest MTCC/MTC/MCTC Branch within your area/vicinity. (Usually, a first-class or big municipality has one MTC. MTCCs on the other hand can encompass two or more small municipalities in its area of jurisdiction. For MCTCs, usually you can find one if you are located in a city. (Make sure the court you opt to secure your clearance has a jurisdiction on your address.)
2. Go to the Office of the Court Clerk.
3. Submit the required documents.
Note: Typical requirements for securing an MTCC/MTC/MCTC Clearance can be any of the following: (To be sure bring them all)
Barangay Certificate
Cedula
Police Clearance
And one government issued ID
4. Fill-up the required information needed, the clearance has to contain specific purpose or office the clearance is required. (may it be for BFP/PNP/AFP/BJMP application, for local employment, and etc.)
5. Pay the necessary fee.
6. Wait for the Clearance and the Official Receipt.
7. Review the details in the Clearance and make sure that every detail is correct. (Name, Civil Status, Address).
And you're done, you now secured your MTC/MCTC/MTCC Clearance.
